The thing is she has the most beautiful little features and personality so you just want to pick her up and cuddle her all the time. But you won't because you know that as soon as those four paws leave the ground the sweetness disappears and she is all of a sudden struggling for her life to be back on the ground. I guess I could say that she is very down to earth! =D 

I try my best to please her and am not picking her up anymore since I know she hates it, but I can only speak for myself. The other member of this family can not help himself but picks up the struggling cat almost everyday when he arrives home from work. It normally doesn't start off too bad except for some squirming from Mittens side on the way up and she will sit calmly in his arms for almost 30 seconds. Then she slowly starts to push her paws against his chest until she is at a 90 degree angle from "the cuddler"  with ears back and a "not impressed" look on her face. At this point she is normally set back down before any life threatening injuries are inflicted upon "the cuddler". 

But you can't blame him for trying because she does look really cute and cuddly down there on the ground.
